Villar Group Against The COVID-19 Pandemic

As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases continue to rise, many companies have also increased their efforts to support the battle against this global health crisis. In support to this, Villar Group is said to have donated disinfecting tools to some government hospitals in Metro Manila. 

And as of April 8, 2020 the group said to have completed the installation of disinfecting apparatus (with a sensor prompting to automatically spray disinfecting mists) to 9 hospitals namely;

  • Lung Center of the Philippines
  • Philippine Heart Center
  • Quirino Medical Center in Quezon City
  • Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) in Muntinlupa City
  • Las Piñas General Hospital in Las Piñas City
  • San Lazaro Hospital
  • Sta. Ana Hospital in Manila
  • Don Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial in Caloocan City
  • Rizal Medical Center in Pasig City

This apparatus will help health workers, staff and hospital visitors get disinfected as they go in and out of the facility. 

Aside from that, Villar group said to have also donated 200,000 face masks and daily supply of bottled drinking water to the government, to help and support our frontliners.
