Start your year in a good mind set. Try new things that your body will thank you for. Don’t you think it’s finally the time to achieve your dream body? It’s a brand new decade I’m sure you want to make some changes in your life right?

No more excuses for “I’m so lazy and tired to go outside.” Get yourself ready to make a shift this year. If you haven’t visited your condo gym recently, know that a convenient fitness center is one of the  perks of owning or renting a condo unit.

For condo owners who want to stay fit this year, you don’t have to worry anymore for gym membership fees. It’s very convenient to have your own fitness center on your building. After work or on weekends you can just go there anytime.

I’m going to tell you ways to stay motivated to your working out life this year. Here are the helpful tips:

It’s time to break those mental barriers and get our sweat on!

GET YOUR MIND SET READY

For you to be motivated you have to think the right thoughts. Why are you doing this? What are you gaining from this? How will i feel about this? etc. Then after that you made up your own mind and decision that this year will be different. Have a strength to fight the lazy thoughts. I’m sure you can do it.

PUT YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHES ON

Next one is finding the perfect workout clothes. Well don’t think about it, just get dressed. Find something that fits you and makes you feel good when you wear it. Bright colors or all black, whatever you prefer. As long that it will work on you perfectly.

SET SMALL FITNESS GOALS

Start your fitness goals in a baby steps. Don’t push yourself hard all of a sudden. Know your own body first. First you can try just doing 10 box jumps or five push-ups a day. This way, you’ll feel accomplished every time you set foot in your fitness gym. Then if your mind and body is ready for the next step you can then move forward.

GET YOURSELF A WORKOUT BUDDY

Working out alone can be sometimes lonely depending on a person. But if you find your right working buddy you both will definitely find working out fun. It also helps a lot to have a buddy who will cheer you on throughout your workout and vise versa. Just when you think you can’t possibly do another push up,that’s when your buddy is there to say you can DO IT!

PUT UP YOUR LIT WORKOUT PLAYLIST

This one is a MUST HAVE. I’m sure everyone agrees that working out with LIT music is 10 times more better than without them. It keeps you hype and in the right mood to get that sweats rolling. Put up your playlist with your favorite songs and turn them up when you’re feeling too tired to change your mood to workout mode.
